How long does shipping take?

Shipping is free on every US order. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days, and we email you tracking when your order ships. See our shipping policy.

Will my order arrive in one box?

Our items ship from different warehouses, so orders with more than one item — including the Complete Kit — may arrive in separate packages on different days.

What if it doesn't work for my pet?

You're covered by Fur Gone or Your Money Back: email us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No need to send it back. See our refund policy.

Which tool do I need?

The roller for couches and beds, the brush for clothes and car seats, and the glove for grooming. The Complete Kit gets you all three for less.

Do I need to buy refills?

No. The roller and brush are reusable — empty or wipe them and go again.

Does FURGONE15 work on the kit?

Yes. FURGONE15 takes 15% off everything, including the Complete Kit.
