Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Standard shipping is free on all FurGone orders. There's no minimum spend.

Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Orders with more than one item

Our products ship from different warehouses, so an order with more than one item — including the Complete Kit — may arrive in separate packages on different days. You'll get tracking for each package.

Tracking

We email you a tracking number when your order ships. It can take a few days for tracking to show updates.

Address changes

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, email us at furgone@gmail.com as soon as possible. We can update it only if the order hasn't shipped yet.

Lost or missing packages

If your tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, or it shows delivered but you can't find your package, email us at furgone@gmail.com. We'll work with the carrier, and if the package is confirmed lost we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund.
