Fur Gone or Your Money Back

We want FurGone to work for your home and your pet. If a FurGone product doesn't work on your pet's hair, you can get your money back within 30 days of delivery.

30-day money-back guarantee

• Contact us within 30 days of the date your order was delivered.
• You get a full refund of the price you paid for the item.
• You don't need to send it back.

How to request a refund
Email us at Furgone@gmail.com with:

• your order number
• which item(s) you'd like refunded
• a short note on what didn't work for you

Once we approve your request, we refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5–10 business days to show the refund.

Damaged, defective or wrong items
If something arrives damaged, doesn't work properly, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund — your choice.

Complete Kit
You can request a refund for the whole Complete Kit or for individual items in it. Individual items are refunded in proportion to the price you paid for the kit.

Cancellations
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us and we'll cancel it for a full refund. Once it has shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.

Discounts and shipping
Refunds are for the amount you actually paid, after any discount code. Standard shipping is free, so there are no shipping charges to refund.
